During a stressful time staff handled sale with calmness and clarity. The delivery of one order and the curb side pickup of another was handled with ideal social distancing.
My buddy and I visited Wild Rock for the first time a couple months ago looking to purchase Cycle Cross bikes and had are hearts set on purchasing Norco’s from the get-go, but the Sales Associate we spoke with was so convincing we nearly bought a Trek because he was so knowledgeable and informative about Trek’s products. Although we didn’t purchase our bikes there, we’ve been back since to purchase oil/lubricants, have our bikes serviced, and are interested in potentially booking one of Wild Rock’s Group Bike Trip’s in the near future. We have been nothing short of impressed and satisfied with Wild Rock’s expertise and kind, knowledgeable and informative staff members. Thanks, Wild Rock and we will most definitely be back (time and time again!) in the near future!

These guys and gals know there stuff. They DO THE STUFF...They are extremely knowledgeable. If by some odd chance they need to research the answer to your question, they are on it. I have been a client for like 2 decades (almost)? The clothing they sell over and above such as Lole, Patagonia, etc are all A-1. All high end quality. You may pay a bit more but if you get something classic, it will provide years of service and enjoyment. Their gear is diverse to accommodate extreme guys and gals (like they are) and for people like us wanting mid-range diversity of activities with gear to the most modest fitness level out there. Kudos guys/gals.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Wildrock. Whenever I need something for camping I can get it at Wildrock. Staff are friendly and helpful. Selection is excellent. The store is very nice and laid out well. Today, during the Covid19 crisis I purchased a Helinox Sunset chair over the phone. I can set it up for my 94 year old Dad when we go walking and he needs to rest. Jonathon very kindly delivered it to my house. That is why I shop local.

With your price match policy there is no need to shop elsewhere and you do your best to special order in things you may not have in stock.
