The people are friendly and offer great service. This is why I drive out from Toronto and use Wild Rock when I'm in the area. There is potentially more room for communication with respect to emailed bill or itemized list. I arrived to Wild Rock not knowing specificity what I was about to pay but would of been nice if I had a bill email to me first. That would be my only feedback. The service was great and super fast

Great service; products and very helpful staff
I had moved to the area a short while ago and had not looked for a local bike shop. My chain needed replacing and I found Wild Rock Outfitters on the internet. I called them up and we arranged a time for or me to drop my bike off and wait for the repair. They had everything done within 1/2 hour and the bike runs like new. I’ll definitely give them my business in the future.

During the COVID19 time the staff were very helpful in resolving a warranty claim with Arc'teryx. I truly appreciated Alex's support in expediting the claim, taking photos and returning my garment.
