I called the store on Dec 23 to enquire about some items and the man on the other end—Shawn/Sean— went above and beyond in his customer service. I was so impressed, that I ended up purchasing the items sight unseen on his recommendation alone. Then, on Dec 24, I called the store as I was driving to it and I had barely stopped the car when another man (forget his name, but it was not Shawn/Sean!) opened my door and popped my purchases in. I was so impressed with the whole process, and I am telling everyone about it. Thank you for the last-minute gift idea become a reality. It sure surprised the heck out of my boyfriend!
