Knowledgeable staff
Wildrock has almost always given me exceptional service and this experience won't change my mind. However, this time there were some things that annoyed me. I called to order some bike things and whoever answered couldn't wait to get me to the website, despite the fact that I had already been to the website and had questions that weren't answered there. I was told that one item I wanted was in stock. The other wasn't sold anymore. I informed him that I had seen the item on the website. He said that if it was on the website then they had it. I placed my order online only to find out later that they didn't have the item on the website and they had to order the other item I asked about that he said he had plenty of. Like I said, not the end of the world, but annoying.
