Great service -- friendly, well-informed, unrushed. I've been happy with virtually all products, except for the zippers on jackets. They last a couple of years and then fail. Arcteryx seems to last longer than the others.
I do recommend the store to friends and acquaintances.

The salesperson who helped me went above and beyond - even going to the basement to see what you had in overstock. She wasn't pushy but educated me on the different pros and cons with each coat. She also got me to try some footwear I hadn't considered (I was originally looking for different boots), but it turns out she was right on the money! Thank you for your assistance; it was a large purchase for me but I'm comfortable knowing I made a good investment.
