I use wild rock for everything outdoors. It’s nice to talk to staff about a product before I buy it.
Delivery was very quick. Issue was that I ordered two of the items, but the only had stock of one. The website should have been aware of the stock status. I received a note very shortly after placing the order referencing the problem and asking whether to proceed with the one unit, or cancel the order. The system is lacking, not the people working there.
Service was great, friendly with a quick turnaround time.
