I came in, midday with a fleet vehicle for an oil change, since I was due and saw3 there was no one in line. I was greeted by a very professional and Friendly gentleman. I wish I got his name, so I could tell you. He said " we'll have you out in 15 minutes sir!" I said perfect, because I was on my lunch and had to get back to the office to interview a potential hire. 20-30 Minutes passed, and some other people came and went, I noticed my car was now in the other lane. When someone came in, I asked what is going on with my my car? I was told oh the fleet said you need brakes, I asked the employee, don't you think you should've run that by me? I got no discernable response, except that it would be another 45 minute on top of the half hour I was already there. Once the car was "done" I saw on the invoice that I was charged for Breaks, Rotors, and a tire rotation. I asked why I was charged for a tire rotation and was told it was due. I responded you took the tires off to do the breaks and put them back on anyway. I was told that was how it was done. I feel like the fleet vehicle was looked at as a free meal, I will be telling the drivers of my fleet of 40+ to go elsewhere if this is how we are treated.
Never been to this Jiffy Lube
Everyone was very nice
I have been going to the jiffy lube in Ritchie highway for year but the last year or so it just been so pleasant and worth the wait the atmosphere is differently different .. I been enjoying the pleasant wait time which has changed Dramatically I usually be ther for a couple hours but it anymore am in and out
They can look me up online, don't have to ask me too many questions, fix my truck and get me out the the door....quick! Love it!!
You sold my wife the most expensive oil that she.didnt need. Over 100.00 for an oil change. Shame on you.
From start to finish, the entire team is always so delightful. A rare find these days!

Two of the services need for my vehicle were not available.
I sent my son over to get an oil change on my Hyundai Tucson. I told him to just get a regular oil change that I don't use synthetic oil. The person at Jiffy Lube told him that it had to be changed with synthetic oil. Instead of costing $30-50. He had to pay $100+!
I am so disappointed because I told him to go to the Jiffy Lube in Pasadena, MD because I trust them there, not to sell me more than what I need.
I've never used synthetic oil!!!

Service is timely, staff is polite and take the time to answer my questions. Even though I moved further away I drive multiple cars to this location for serving; have used this location for over 15 years.
Never got a reminder sticker. CSR was super cool tho. I’ll be back just be better with the lil’ details
