Friendly customer service. The service manager explained everything that I was getting, and suggested some other services that are recommended by the auto manufacturer. There was fresh coffee in the waiting room, but I had just had breakfast!! They vacuumed my car, and it needed it!!

The Severn Crew at Jiffy Lube are the best! Everyone was friendly, respectful of my vehicle, thorough, knew their individual jobs and performed them with speed and accuracy.
