How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Was highly strongly pushed to switch to the high end oil friday. I explained it’s a 2018 truck with only 30,000 miles on it and it’s company owned. The lady kept saying I won’t have a warranty and it’s very foolish to not use the high mileage oil. She made me feel awful for a decision that is not in my hands. I pay for the oil changes and get reimbursed. My boss said use only regular oil.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

So a wrench was left in my car and the glove compartment was hanging off. Luckily, I didn’t leave right away, returned the wrench and the mechanic came over to fix my glove compartment. But they had also messed up my courtesy, reading, and some lights so the mechanic who came back tried to fix it but now I can’t get it back to the setting it was originally on.

I had stopped in on prior occasions for air in my tires, and they have always been happy to help me, even when they were clearly busy.

Friendly staff, but pricing and coupons at this location are terrible. Got oil change and tire rotation, but service light still on. Prices for services must have higher than FL and coupons much lower than other states I've visited.
