I like to go to this location because of the great customer service. Everyone who works there looks very welcoming and friendly. I get all the explanations about my car, never had any pressure or feeling that they are trying to sell the service I don’t need. Service is quick. I can not ask for any better experience.

On a rainy day, your team at the Beltsville Jiffy Lube showed absolutely nothing but respect for a veteran , your team recognized that I got a new Jeep. They took the time to update all the information. Offered suggestions for future, needs that the Jeep will have. One of the gentlemen told me about his brother who is active in the Navy. As a navy vet and an active supporter of military firefighters EMS, and respect. I was offered a military discount which I appreciate money can get tight sometimes. So I’m behalf of the Last name removed Family. Thank you with nothing but respect Last name removed.

I had a question about whether my brakes needed repair and was told, after inspection, they did not - I appreciate that they didn't simply tell me I needed brake work (because I was concerned following a long trip) and it saved me lots of money.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right? Please indicate if you would like a phone or email follow-up?

The new oil filter was not installed property. Looks like the gasket was pinched and the oil leaked all the way to Pittsburgh, and continued to do so until Sunday. Luckily my buddy noticed an oil puddle in his parents driveway. He called me when I was on the PA Turnpike and told me to get off and have my car checked. Probably 2 + quarts were gone and if my friend had not told me I would have for sure run out of oil and had massive engine failure! Sorry, but not going back again. This should NEVER happen.........

I got there before eight and everybody was so accommodating. I hate being that customer that gets there before they open, but I happen to drive-by and pulled in. Everyone was super nice super quick. I will let you know for sure if there are any problems. Thank you again for great customer service.
