The Staff Is friendly, fast and professional at the Johnstown location. The Service cannot be beating in Johnstown jiffy Lube.
My son went for his first oil change of $50 and got $300 extra service on a 2000 car with two months of registration remaining

Very quick service I appreciate it
While i am satisfied with the mechanical service. The customer service aspect was very unsettling to say the least. The mechanic who handled the front end was rude and disrespectful when i asked why the cost was so much. As a customer i have a right to ask as many questions as i need. Moving forward i would advice a refresher course for your employees regarding excellent customer service if that’s something your company strives for. Also the mechanic was not forthcoming about ALL SERVICES provided. DO BETTER!!!!

It was just a matter of time taken to complete the work- I was assured 15 minutes to complete the work and it took well over an hour. Everything else was done according to expectations, but i couldn’t recommend to others because of that. Thank you.

All jiffy lube staff were very respectful and courteous. Rob as usual was awesome and Ashley is wonderful too. I love how Jiffy lube issues coupons and their services prices are very fair in accordance with the competition. Keep up the great work. 😊
When they say "jiffy: they mean it!!! I couldn't believe how fast they got me out of there. PLUS they cleaned my windows outside and vacuumed the floor boards!!! Who does THAT??!! The young man who took care of me was extremely polite. I had never been there before, but I received a coupon in the mail and decided to give them a try. I wouldn't hesitate to return and would definitely recommend.
