Friendly staff
Lots of attempts to upsell because they don't know the difference between miles and kilometers. Yes, I know I need sparkplugs at 75k miles but I'm only at 90k kilometers. And my sticker says next change at 95k miles. 🙄 Not all cars have odometers with miles. Mine is kilometers! Things like that.
Dark, dingy, overcrowded waiting area. Long wait. Overpriced. Said they cleaned my windshield but didn't. Supposedly vacuumed also but I think they forgot to turn it on. Good thing I'm not from the area because I won't be back. Not that anyone from that place would care.
I was not informed of which oil was being put in my car. They ended up putting the most expensive oil in there instead asking me which one I wanted and which one I usually get. 0/10 would not recommend. I would never return.
Very professional
I liked the effeciency of the staff there. When I drove up, I was recognized immediately. I was advised that someone would be with me shortly. Shortly I was asked what I needed. I was in & out of there in less than 45 minutes. I am very pleased with my windsheild wipers!! I am very pleased with the service I received!!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They completed the task in a timely manner.
First thing in the morning, part way thru my morning commute — happy, smiling folks, quick, complete service, and a cup of coffee while I waited.

I came in for a what I thought was a scheduled oil change. After my car was inspected by the technician, I was alerted that an oil change was far from needed and not necessary at the time. Upon further inspection and saved money, it was recommended that at the mileage on my car, all that was needed for this visit was rear brake fluid differential service.
I have had 5 cars serviced at this location. I have never had any issues with service and the staff are always friendly and very very knowledgeable and friendly!

I come here for almost all my oil change services. The staff are always efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
There is nothing can can be done about this location. I will be filing a formal complaint & possibly a lawsuit due to the service at this location. Everyone except for the young guy Nick has poor attitudes and the way I was handled was trash and I was robbed.
