The staff at Jiffy Lube is exceptional! They are kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I had something wrong with my car that was tough to figure out and Christian worked relentlessly to make sure my car got fixed. I am very grateful! I would highly recommend this Annapolis Jiffy Lube.

Didn’t want to remove my skid plate. Even though last time they charged me for it. Didn’t give me any feedback for my car. Had an attitude when I came back the next day after telling me one day they couldn’t do my oil change.
Very Honest in dealing with customers on going. I’ve used this location for a couple of years with no issues. Fast and convenient.

Email follow up. Disappointed with the exterior window cleaning left dried squeegee marks on the outside windows impairing visibility and the vaccuum was either old, not functioning properly or worker rushed because still was dirt and residue on my floor mats.
