The treatment and the service
Hello, the price of this purchase was too expensive. Furthermore, there was a long wait for service. Lastly, entering into this Jiffy Lube from traffic was very difficult.
After the service i noticed that the floor wasn't vacuumed. I asked the technician and he replied “ i did vacuum!” When i lifted the rug and noticed all the dirt he said “ your finished you can leave” He was rude and argumentative. i then called corporate and soon i received a call from the assistant manager saying he looked at the camera and confirmed the vacuuming was not done and offering 25% off. This was an ok attempt but i have been jaded by Jiffy Lube after this. The trust is broken and i am offended by the way i was treated.

They were very friendly and helpful. They are making their job perfect. I am really appreciated for service and all of staff. They are giving value to customers genuinely.
The employees are friendly but yet professional. They also consulted to see that type of oil I wanted. It's always clean. Every one stay busy try up selling without being overbearing.

The guys at Jiffy Lube in Beltsville do great work. My wife and I have gotten our cars serviced there for years and never had an issue. The manager even came out in his own car to give me a jumpstart when I was stranded a mile or so down the road - completely free! I only wish they worked on motorcycles too!
I liked the professionalism of staff. My car needs were taken care of in a minimal time.

Excellent communication, opening doors for customers, efficiently explaining waiting room amenities, cleanliness of waiting area, and friendliness of the 3-4 employees that I came in contact with throughout my visit, which was even quicker than expected.
My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner with the outmost professionalism, from start to finish.
Everything from the refreshments, the hospitality, honesty, speed, and quality of service. I have been going there for almost 5 years and ill recommend it to anyone.

The service was quick & easy.
Was this cause of the nature of the account “fleet vehicle”. I was never made aware of all the additional service/items replaced, air filter, washer blades.
What I like: Excellent work performed. Quick turnaround, 30 minutes.
What I don’t like: your costs are approaching those charged at my truck’s dealership in Glen Burnie and if that trend continues the only benefit you will have left in your favor is quick service without an appointment.
Had to go here in a pinch with very little oil. No transparency, definitely overpaid but decided not to put up a fight. Not very welcoming and incredibly unclear what services you provide at what range of costs. Will never visit jiffy lube. Do not want follow up.
