I arrived 7 minutes before their closing time and they were still able to squeeze me in. Whole oil change took less than 15 minutes. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and staying open late for me.

The service that done on my vehicle was an oil & filter change, cabin filter and tire rotation. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right? Please indicate if you would like a phone or email follow-up?

I requested a tire rotation they manger told me they didn't have time to complete the rotation.
Also, they keep putting my vehicle in as a 4x4 which is not. The truck is 2-wheel drive. So, on my receipt they say they checked the front differential which the vehicle does not have one. They need to slow down and put the vehicle in the system correctly.

What could we do to improve?

The staff always tryna up sale items … if I come for an oil change that’s what I want !! It’s ok to recommend me things but don’t try to force anything on the customer.

I went for oil change on Sunday somethings went missing,,I was there on Monday but,.I was disappointed

What did you like about your recent visit?

I especially loved the service I received. For number one, I received an oil change right away. my car was vacuumed, and windows cleaned. Also they explained to me what was needed to keep my car in good condition. All of the personnel was courteous and accommodating and knowledgeable.
