Everyone there was so friendly! Very efficient and quick. Took the time to fix a minor mistake that happened at another facility. Everyone there even held the doors for me, exceptional gentleman! I definitely felt comfortable there and trust their recommendations. I’ll only go to this jiffy lube from now on! Thank you to everyone there!

That they was able to give me fast speedy service. Also they did let me know what else needs to be serviced on my vehicle. They also was able to help me with features on my vehicle I didn’t know how to use. I will be back for my next oil change.

Jiffy lube refused to clean out leaves from the engine compartment that blocked vents at the bottom of the windshield (I pointed this out a couple of times). They said, "We don't do detailing." That's not detailing, it is basic maintenance. Leaves under the hood block water drainage and can start engine fires.

The past 5 times I’ve been there I spend over 160 and I never got a vacuum once like everyone else gets They take stuff out of my engine compartment to show me and the don’t put it back right and I never asked them to do that anyway Black handprints all over my hood and engine housing and tge keys they have clipped on their belts scratch and dig in the seats

An associate was available right when I walked in and immediately assisted me. Greg was efficient and helpful as was the gentleman who checked me out. I received a coupon which prompted me to go to jiffy lube and I’m glad I did.

Never! My husband had a terrible experience yesterday when he was there. We will never go back and Mr Mac needs a training course in customer service and shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Beyond disappointed with our experience
