I dealt with Dan Cronin who is clearly an asset to your organization. He was helpful and patient and explained everything very well. He had me do a test run around the parking lot to ensure that my new bike was working properly. I discovered a slight chain issue and he adjusted the bike immediately so that the gear shifting was seamless.
I ended up buying some bike accessories and a new Specialized helmet. Dan made the whole experience go smoothly and efficiently. He is knowledgeable about the product and conveys information in terms that a "rookie" cyclist (like me) can understand.
My experience at Landry's was excellent but made better with the help of your employee Dan.

I loved that you're open and servicing bycicles.
However, I was disappointed when the bike, after servicing, does not change gears. I do know there was rust I had asked to be cleaned up and they did the best they could, but I just would have appreciated a heads up so I was aware prior to going out with the bike that the gears did not work.
i greatly appreciate trisha and hannah's help this past week in attaching my bike rack and 'fixing' my bicycle!

I was going on a ride and my bike sorely needed a tuneup. With all the uptick in biking and covid changing operations I was able to get my bike in time for my ride today!!! I really appreciate my estimated time being moved up to meet my ride date and the great staff I interacted in person and email. Great job adjusting to the times!
