Patricia was excellent and very helpful, she asked the right questions to get what I was looking for in a new bike, offered various options with pluses/minuses of each and then guided me through the process of making a final decision. Excellent.

Always friendly sales and service staff. Good advice when shopping for a specific need. Helped me over the phone to adjust rear derailleur after I mounted bike on Wahoo Kickr.

When I came to pick up the bike I'd ordered online, a gentleman gave me a quick tutorial on the bike and its features. He took the time to teach me how to remove and reattach the front tire. I really appreciated the info and the time!

Service with a smile and always honest! The store manager in Norwood, Aaron has the most incredible patience with every customer, whether they have a 10, 000 bike or kids bike.
He has kids of his own and he knows his customer's names.

I appreciated how accommodating Landry’s was when I needed to exchange my son’s bike for a different color. His bday was in two days and Patricia in the Norwood location was beyond helpful. I was able to exchange it the same day I called. My son loves his new bike!! I have already recommended Landry’s to friends and will look to order a bike for myself as well.
