Bike was ready really fast about a week before it was suppose to be done which was awesome. Price was the same as other shops. Didnt like how i couldnt enter the store to look around and had to wait outside due to covid.
I would buy a bike again after covid is over so i can test other bikes and see which bike is a better fit

Your people who answer the phone are knowledgable and professional. Since we cannot enter the store and look around pre-covid style, the way they check for specific products and make sure they have them in the store is very helpful. And everything is ready for me to pick up at the curb in a very short amount of time. My recent purchases were not service related but product related. It's a pleasurable experience dealing with the Norwood store.

I've been doing some form of business with Landrys for some time. 2Phone number removed very frequently and recently less so since I no longer work in the area. However, when I need something done and done right or when buying new bikes this is my go to shop for sure. Professional staff, some have been there many years, with great advice and experience along with their friendly nature make it a pleasant shopping experience. Even though I live 70 minutes a way it's worth the trip to get quality service and products.
