My 10 year old bicycle has ner shifted as well as after you serviced itt.
Seemed to be confusion at the pickup. I was ready to text my name to the phone number noted on the door, but an employee outside took my name. That lead to a slight delay in receiving the actual product but other than the delay, no issues.
