Maybe you should have an alarm on your text device. I waited 10 min outside your Norwood store for someone to answer the text and finally gave up and called your phone. When I was allowed into the store, there were 4 employees and no other customers...no one seemed especially busy. I would have been served sooner if someone had answered the text. Otherwise, great place to buy bikes and related items. Thank you for staying open during the pandemic.

When I came to pick up the bike I'd ordered online, a gentleman gave me a quick tutorial on the bike and its features. He took the time to teach me how to remove and reattach the front tire. I really appreciated the info and the time!
