I walked in to the Norwood store looking to purchase a mountain bike, Hanna helped me to find the bike I was looking for. Overall excellent costumer service, professional and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately I was unable to find right size bike for me do to high demand. Overall very good experience.

I was sent to the Norwood store by JP at the Braintree store to pick up my size for a pair cycling shoes. Dan waited on me and was extremely helpful. I ended up getting a new pair of road shoes and road pedals. Happy camper😊

Purchased SPD bike pedals for a spin bike at home. Ordered on line to have shipped to store - arrived the next day and pick up was a breeze at the store. Cheaper than Amazon. Very happy
