Hannah /Service Dept and Alex(?) Sales were extremely helpful to both my wife and I when we came to the Norwood store. Both individuals were attentive, very understanding of our style choice('fitness' vs. step through). There was no 'pressure' to purchase a specific type ... just offered suggestions and options. We are very pleased with the bikes that we purchased and, moreover, the enthusiastic demeanor of both Hannah and Alex.

Service was good, it took longer than expected to get my bike from the storage room (No issues, just someone had placed it under my first name than last name.)

Everyone I have ever interacted with at Landry's (we've visited the Natick store and the Norwood store) knows what they're doing. They're smart about bikes but they can explain things to me (a mom) as well as my 15-yr-old who is a huge bike enthusiast. I also have been happy with customer service when we've run into issues. Everything is just so reasonable and calm -- no drama! It's refreshing to deal with competent friendly people! Keep up the great work!

The woman who helped me transfer my credit from Norwood to Newton was so helpful. She took the time to call me after the transfer was made, and she explained how the Newton store applied some of it to my bike tuneup, and then told me how much was left. I felt that the service was so thorough. Landry's is the best - you can't get service like this at a big box store!
