Hannah was and is outstanding! This is my first bike in TOO long. I purchased my toddler a bike and needed to get myself fitted. she was just excellent in that whole process. She helped me order and also gave me the confidence in what i was looking for that i chose along with a helmet and all the new bike accessories i would need first time out. on top of that i called back and ordered a bike for my wife and will be returning for a mountain bike and any additional accessories or bikes my family wants/needs in the future.

I've mostly dealt with Landry's online - I bought my first bike from you at the start of the shutdown last year. But I've received great advice/assitance via chat during that time.

Feeling the need for a bike which handles more than pavement, I bought a Sirrus X 2 online. Ordered on Saturday, it was ready on Monday. I wish I'd asked for her name but the woman who took care of me at pick up in Norwood (short hair and a little on the short side) was fantastic. She had the answers to the one or two questions I had. She even gave me a little tool to keep my disk brakes from locking when removing the wheels. Great experience again.
