I've mostly dealt with Landry's online - I bought my first bike from you at the start of the shutdown last year. But I've received great advice/assitance via chat during that time.
Feeling the need for a bike which handles more than pavement, I bought a Sirrus X 2 online. Ordered on Saturday, it was ready on Monday. I wish I'd asked for her name but the woman who took care of me at pick up in Norwood (short hair and a little on the short side) was fantastic. She had the answers to the one or two questions I had. She even gave me a little tool to keep my disk brakes from locking when removing the wheels. Great experience again.

Landry's is a great mix of online presence, in-store hands-on production selection, and personally service. When wanting to get back into bicycling I figured I wanted to start a relationship with a local shop. Landry's provided a great way of starting the search online to narrow my results, The chat function on the web site helped answering general questions about store stock and general information about bike sizing. The Norwood Landrys was able to order the model I was interested in from another shop. I then gave the bike a test ride. Patricia was helpful answering my questions both in person and by email. All in all I was very happy with both my purchase and the whole sales journey

I love the selections of the bikes Landry's has. I especially like the Staff. From the first contact, Hannah was awesome. I had called prior to visiting the store and she helped me narrow down my selections and provided clear expectations of what they had in and what needed to be requested. I received an confirmation right away via email confirming my layaway. The next day I received a call letting me know the bikes were in but Hannnah explained she would not be in the day I could get there but I could be helped by anyone there. When I went the next day they were rely busy but the staff were so helpful and gave me plenty of time to check out the bikes with out any pressure or concern. We even got my husbands bike serviced and that gentleman was so great as well! Great experience overall!

Probably it is too early to provide feedback as I had only 2 rides since pickup. The bike assembly looked good. Had Gear / Chain slip 2 times so far but I believe it will adjust on its own. I wish the bike wash and Basic Lube was included in Assembly service. I am sure that Landry's will address any issues if I come across due to assembly gaps, I was assured of that when I checked out. :-) Thank you Team Landry's!!!
Landry's Norwood is fantastic! Customer service is spot-on, and the service to my bike was outstanding. I've been going to Landry's since 2004 (when we moved to the area), and I don't plan o that changing any time soon. Thank you Landry's or years of great service (and fun Saturday rides when we're able to do that again!)
