I went to numerous stores looking for a bike for my wife's birthday but not finding the one that would best suit her. A friend suggested that I try Landry's which was a little out of the way for me but I value this person's opinion so I went to the Norwood store to have a look. At first I thought I might be a little out of my price range but I quickly found that there was a really good range of prices. Now where to begin. Over walks Nessia, one of the most pleasant people I've had the pleasure of talking with in any store for a long while. Great listener, great knowledge, nailed the bike that I would end up purchasing on the very first suggestion. Color, size, type, etc etc. Spot on. I brought it home, got my kids together and gave it to my wife. She was so happy with it, she even had a shirt on that was the exact color match to the bike that's how good a match out was.

Every encounter with staff has been highly satisfying. Always helpful and professional. Just had a bike tire repaired. Walked in, bike was immediately taken to be serviced. Work was finished within 20 minutes. I had a few questions about bike racks after. Information is always accurate and complete. Even gave helpful advice about usage of my current bike rack on my new car. Will continue to go back for all my bike needs.
