It was my first visit and I was made to feel welcome. Service employees were friendly and helpful. Surprised at the little time to get the job done. Cost for job was reasonable.

Asked for a normal synthetic oil change. After receiving the quote (which was about 20 more dollars than expected, I called to verify oil prices and even had a coupon) the customer service attendant said my break fluid was really bad and "brown" which scared me. I asked how much that would be and he quoted me an extra 140 on top of the 110 for the oil change. I said no. I then paid the bill and went over the invoice with my father, as its his car, and he stated that they shouldnt have charged me for an skid pan removal, since he removed it himself. So I had to walk in and request a refund for the skid pan, which I will admit, the employee was extremely nice about it. My father then instructed me on how to check the break fluid and I noticed that it was 1. Full to the max and 2. Almost a crystal clear pale yellow color, not brown. I just feel like this location lies to customers to scare them into getting extra services, especially since im a woman. Another lady in the waiting room was upset because they were trying to add a tire rotation when she just wanted an oil change, the attendants were making it seem like she requested it. Tyrell was the man, he set the tone. Professional, confident and knowledgeable. I felt like i could relax. The entire team and vibe of the place was great. Whoever the DJ is there needs a raise. Haha. Literally the best auto mechanic experience I’ve ever had. Literally. 10/10
