After reading very positive reviews, I thought I would reach out to them to diagnose a noise our vehicle was making at times when applying the brakes. Upon putting it up on the rack & removing all the tires, they thoroughly inspected each one's brake systems & determined that both our vehicle's front & rear brake pads & rotors needed to be replaced while providing pictures of each to confirm their findings. I will also add that their staff was very knowledgeable, professional & easy to communicate with by phone & in person. I couldn't be more pleased with the service received. In fact, I've just contacted them again for a possible repair for our other vehicle & am awaiting a quote from them.
