The whole experience was great from start to finish. I recently bought new tires and took the car to Christian Brothers for an alignment. The alignment is spot on. They also checked the whole car for other issues. They took pictures and explained everything in detail. I’m a bit of a mechanic myself, having done things like basic maintenance to rebuilding engine heads, so I appreciate the level of detail they explain things to their customers. Definitively a 10 out of 10 rating for these guys.

Exceptional customer service, and they actually do the work that's requested. I say this, because I've been to other shops where I had them do an oil change, and all they did was charge me. I know this for a fact, because after every service I verify the shop's work, either by checking the fluids, the filters that we're supposed to be replaced, mark tires to see if they were rotated, being our vehicles are our moneymaker. Without them, we can't get to the jobsite.

Experienced and honest

I had a persistent issue with my airbag and needed another opinion. The 10 minute explanation I received from Christian Brothers after the looked at the car clarified both the questions I had as well as others I did not know to ask. Their friendly and thorough service saved me a lot of money and helped me get my problem fixed.

The best auto care place I've ever been to. Very honest and personable. Customer service is top notch. Extremely detailed and thorough, and really take the time to explain everything and answer all questions. I always recomend if someone asks where to take their car.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. They kept me updated while working on my truck. Through the courtesy vehicle check they suggested things that needed to be done for normal maintenance and a couple of items that needed replacement. The mechanic took pictures of these things and sent it to the desk computer where I was able to see exactly what needed to be done. They also emailed me the pictures for future reference. I love this idea and it made me feel they weren't trying to sell me on things that I didn't need. Yes, I would definitely recommend them to my friends. In fact I already have. Thanks guys!

Great customer service and a thorough inspection all done in a timely manner

Friendly and informative customer service. Took time to listen to me and explain things to me so I knew what I needed repaired. Took the time to really inspect my vehicle instead of just glancing it over. And taking the time to call and explain each part of the inspection as well as what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for the repairs or any other service I may need.

Very professional and stand by their work. While the price is not the lowest, you get what you pay for and that is good service.
