CBA was extremely thorough in diagnosing my Town & Country. Before doing any work, their mechanic showed me pictures and explained what needed to be done. I was able to confer with my spouse and okay their work. My spouse was also able to speak with the mechanic on certain issues. Once started, the work progressed quickly. Now my car runs smoothly!

The service is excellent. I am a single woman and in my past experience I have been taken advantage of because of my lack of automotive knowledge. This company has integrity. I took my car in for repairs but the next day it was still having issues, I took it back and they had to keep it for 2 days but they finally figured it out and fixed it , no charge. They kept me updated daily. Every time they quote me for a repair job I research the parts and labor cost and they always offer an honest and fair price. They have the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable waiting room I’ve ever seen. Everybody is friendly and patient and they will explain the issue and the cost to you as many times as needed until you understand.

WE usually have a good experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. They work on the car or truck as soon as possible and try to get if finished asap. Some time a problem comes up but CBA always seems cooperative. The employees are well to work with and are understanding .

HAD VERY NICE EXPERIENCE IN CHRISTIAN BROTHERS. HAD OIL CHANGE AND THE COMPLIMENTARY CAR "CHECK OUT." THE GENTLEMAN SHOWED PICTURES OF THE BATTERY, TIRES, ETC. AND MADE SUGGESTIONS THAT OF WHAT I MAY CONSIDER DOING IN THE FUTURE.
I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND ASKED IF I COULD HAVE OIL CHANGED ON MY LUNCH HOUR. HE SAID THAT IT SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT 2 DAYS LATER WAS THERE ONLY 50 MINUTES.
I WILL BE BACK- VERY, VERY NICE PEOPLE AND VERY CLEAN OFFICE.

Up front prices and they didn't try to push me into service my car didn't need. I had an electrical problem that was caused by an old battery. They did not try to blame the problem on a bad alternator or starter. They are very honest and trustworthy! I'm 100% satisfied!

Arrive at your appointed time, you're greeted promptly and politely, waiting facilities are clean and comfortable (offered coffee or water), your vehicle is taken in for the approved maintenance or repair, and you're free to go about your day. I have never experienced an issue, never waited an inappropriate amount of time for my vehicle to be serviced, and the price of the work is always agreeable. I highly recommend Christian Brothers for your vehicular maintenance and repair.

They are very thorough with the details of my vehicle. Also they are very courteous and also will offer you a ride home rather than having you sitting around all day even offered everyone coffee or water.

They are wonderful. Fair and honest. I had a problem they could not fix due to recalls and manufacturer warranty issues and got the dealership to get there shop in gear and deal with it. I take all my vehicles there and they will not do you wrong.
