Both Sam and Joshua were extremely polite and thorough when taking care of my car. It was a very reassuring experience and I don’t think I’ll take my car anywhere else for repairs anymore!

Sam, the manager, and Josh, the owner/operator were both present and actively involved with all customers. They were incredibly attentive and helpful. They described in great detail what exactly was being done and explained it in such a way that I understood completely. They even tightened a few bolts in the undercarriage that another garage had failed to tighten properly, free of charge. I intend to bring other vehicles to CBA for servicing. I had total confidence that I was being treated fairly and with respect. Glad to have them as part of the Lexington business community. One day later and I have shared with numerous people the great experience that I had.

Sam was very warm and easy to talk to. Work was completed in time given. Sam explained what they saw when changed my oil.He told me the brakes were beginning to show wear and offered a quote on how much that would cost. I said that might be what we do when bring car back and he said okay. No pressure or threats that my car would cause a wreck if driven off premises without the work done immediately.

I had an oil change and tire rotation which included a basic vehicle inspection. The inspection was unique because it was backed up with pictures of each point that was inspected. Than the pictures were reviewed with me and each area explained as to what they were looking for and why. I actually came away with a lot more insight on my vehicle. Price was competitive and the customer lounge was extremely nice. I would recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to everyone.
