It’s a Christian based business. The location is clean, neat, not trashed and junky. The employees gave us full attention and got our vehicles taken care of asap.

I have been taking my car to Christian Brothers for three years. They ALWAYS explain to me what is needed for maintenance, if something is wrong and the cost all before they begin. I have a 2005 Honda Accord and the cost is always cheaper than the dealership.
I trust them and appreciate the extra effort they take to help me to understand. I've never had to take my car back after they did something nor felt like they are conning me.

What I value most about CBA is their honesty. I’m always skeptical of taking my vehicle to a mechanic for diagnosis and possible repair.

I recently took my vehicle to a manufacturer dealership. Not only did they try to upsale me on services I did not need, but they were not truthful in listing problems with my vehicle. I perform routine maintenance on my own, and typically perform moderate to complex repairs depending on my access to specialty tools. I was quite surprised when the manufacturer dealer tried to scare me into purchasing an oil change by telling me my oil was dangerously low at <1QT (which it was not), my coolant needed to be exchanged (which was less than 90 days old), and my wipers needed to be replaced (less than 2 weeks old). During their full vehicle multipoint inspection, however, they failed to note an actual problem of my right front rotor was severely damaged and in need of immediate replacement - which I was already aware of. So I decided I’d never go there again.
(NOTE: I changed my oil three days after this experience and captured everything that came out. Wouldn’t you know that I was at 3.5QTs, which is the exact amount the manufacturer calls for. Funny)

Not CBA, though. The team here is awesome. They have never tried to upsale me on anything. They diagnose the problem and then explain it very thoroughly even using computer graphics/videos to show how the part(s) work and how mine failed.

They don’t pressure you for the repair either. Once they diagnose it, they let you know the problem, the cost, and how long they anticipate the repair to take. They leave it totally up to the customer if they want the repair done there or elsewhere.

Their honesty and the whole CBA experience has earned my loyalty as a customer. Thank you for your integrity, CBA!

I had an emergency where my car died at the pump at a gas station. Christian Brothers within a few hours (without me having to wait) arranged the tow to the shop and it was so affordable! They put me at ease when I was panicked and were SO friendly. When it came to repairs, they made sure I knew what the parts were, how they worked and why they were failing. I’ve NEVER had that before. They were honest about all of the other findings and how other things could wait. Amazing! I would recommend them to everyone!
