I knew before repair began what my costs would be, when the part would be in (it was quick), and how much time it would take for the repair so I could plan accordingly! Only wish there were more locations in and around Columbia. Lexington is so congested to get in and out of.

Amazing!!! Customer service tops; Very friendly Assessable updates of servicing by text or by asking. Easy to get appointments. Good explanations of service using computer grafts and pictures of your car. Complimentary services were a surprise. These included alignment check and light bulb changes. Cost of other services beat the competition. Also, they remember me and my car. Personal service.

They are so friendly and professional. They give you pictures as well as an ezplanation of any problems that may be coming . The place is so clean and very comfortable to wait in … and the music is great!! I wouldn’t go any where else now

Great customer service, and they fixed the issue I had. They also gave me coffee while I waited. There remains an issue with the engine not turning off immediately when I turn the car off, but I didn't mention this issue to them, so I can't expect that they would have fixed it.

I have been taking my car to Christian Brothers since they opened in Lexington. They have a friendlier customer approach then other automotive businesses. Also they are very persistent in correcting a problem. I think you will be happy with their service.
