My service advisor, Todd, was very knowledgeable and kept me informed as to the status of the repair on my truck. Diagnosing the issue took some time and the indications received were somewhat confusing but based on previous maintenance that was done on my truck, a course of action was determined.

Once the part was received and the replacement work was started it was determined that the wheel bearing replacement done by the local dealership had not been properly completed. Todd showed me the issue, suggested a course of action and the work was completed to my complete satisfaction.

I have found the elusive quality auto repair establishment and will be taking my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive for any future service.

My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was top-notch. I made my appointment online, which was super convenient. When I went to my appointment, they took my car right away, very timely. The service was completed in record time and I love the entire process where they review what was done complete with photos. First time ever that I completely understood the process. Also, asked them to see about getting a part for me to fix a broken antenna. They not only ordered it for me, but called me only a few days later to let me know it was in and that I could come any time to have it installed. Really nice people, highly recommend!!

Everybody I talked with were friendly and helpful. They discussed what needed to be done now and what would need to be taken care of later. They have serviced my car for the past 3 or 4 years and I have been satisfied with their work.
