The staff is always friendly and takes the time to explain the services needed on my vehicle. In this instance, I took a truck in that I was buying for my teenage son, to be inspected. They were honest about all the repairs that needed to be done and if the truck was worth it. I appreciate them looking out for the safety of my 17 year old vs. trying to talk me into all the repairs.

The front office staff were very friendly and explained what was needed to be worked on in my car. They show photos of the different trouble spots as well as the many items in the car that do not need replacing or need to be fixed. The price is reasonable and I will gladly bring my cars to Christian Brothers again

I had my car serviced and had a very pleasant experience. They not only changed my oil and made sure my fluid levels were topped off but they checked for manufacturers service recommendations and showed me pictures of every item they checked. I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will be using them for all my automotive service and repairs.

I stopped by to get an estimate of what the charges would be for certain services. They helped me know that with the mileage on my car I didn't need some things. I later made an appointment and the service was done very quickly for a reasonable price.

No one could ask for a more polite and understanding group of people when you walk in the door! The way they conduct their business is with a smile and a way of listening to exactly what you are coming to them to have them do. We were blown away! I was able to make an appointment and they took my car back promptly at that time. Twenty-five minutes later my tires had been rotated and my car was waiting out front. The front desk was kind and courteous and the waiting room was clean and pleasant. It was an excellent experience!
