We purchased a house in Granby & installed a new HVAC system with heat & A/C using only propane. When I called to get an additional propane tank I had a lot of trouble finding the right person to speak to given the menu options. After finally finding someone to help I told her about the menu issue & she was very helpful! As for the man that came to install the tanks; he too was wonderful & lovely to deal with 😁 We met a young guy on Tuesday of this week who walked us through the new system & he too was helpful & answered all of our questions! Your billing department has also been easy to deal with & I have found your portal to be very easy to use. Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone 😁

Your staff!! Kimberly answered my call Sunday night because the pilot lights were out and we had no gas for cooking. I was concerned because I had just returned home from the hospital and was caring for a relative who had just gone through surgery. Kimberly was courteous, patient and professional in her response letting me know that she would contact the local supplier and see what could be done. She called back and asked me if it was possible to wait until the morning and I agreed. The next morning, just as Kimberly had said, Chris came to make a delivery and check that the stoves were all set. He found a leak and got that fixed and was incredibly thorough, neat and an absolute pleasure to work with. The only concern with your service is that I am supposed to be on automatic delivery and it was forgotten which was the reason for the call. That aside, your staff is your greatest asset. Thank you.
