Osterman provides consistent service: The Osterman device that indicates a need for delivery works as it should. I have no concern that we will run short of propane that fuels our range, fireplaces, and firepit.
Driver calls ahead to give ETA ensures access is clear.
The phone support is always helpful for me to decide when to refill and the delivery is prompt and the driver leaves a receipt in the porch and they gave me a new tank last year.
