Osterman has been very reliable. I've never run out of propane! The few times I called with any kind of questions they were friendly and responsive.
Setting up my delivery online was easy and my delivery was completed within 5 days.

My household have been getting propane from Osterman Propane for 25 years, and propane was always there, like air.
At one point, about a year ago, something went wrong, and we ran out of propane. Once I realized what happened, I called Osterman, and they delivered propane in two hours although it was a Sunday.
Later Brad Loverde, a manager, called with apologies and offered a whopping discount, which I still enjoy.
