This latest delivery was very timely and the driver was very friendly. I don't know if there has been a change of management since my last delivery in April or not, but this particular delivery was prompt and stress free in the delivery request process. The service prior to this recent delivery was a nightmare. Long wait times on the phone, 14-17 days of waiting for a delivery, was terrible, especially during the coldest spell when we really needed the heat.
I hope not to have to ever go through that again, so please keep up the great service of this most recent delivery! I thank you!!
