I would like your billing to reflect to exactly how much I’ve paid and how much is owed…it is not clear. Also when your on a budget billing you should not be getting bills one month $70 next month $120 then the next month $80…? Other than that it has been good service in a timely fashion.

I was quite concerned as the monitor on the tank read 9% capacity and 35 gallons remaining from a 500 gal tank.
I made a couple calls to check when I could expect delivery and was transferred to an answering service who confirmed the monitored reading. All I was told was there was a ticket submitted for delivery. I've never been left with such a low reading in the 22 years I've been using Eastern Propane.
I can't imagine such a low reading is good for the tank, let alone my nerves.
I'm hoping that in the future there will be a delivery before the capacity registers as low as it did this time and would appreciate it if notification was sent out for a pending delivery and I'm not left hanging.

The staff are always willing to help with a problem one might have with the level payment plan or other inquiries about oil delivery.
The last refill was reasonably priced, and they are in/out quickly.
When I call for deliveries, the assistants are friendly and they answer my questions and the company delivers within the time frame they give me. so, I give a 10 for their services.
