after finding out that i ran out of propane, Kamps corrected the problem quickly and got the tank refilled. haven't heard why the tank fell through the crack and was not refilled on a schedule, which it has been for some time. but was glad they corrected the issue quickly
Your staff in the field is great. I mostly deal with Colton. The monitoring devise on my tank is good for both of us. You know when to come and I don't need to monitor the tank.

Your service is great and just on time for winter.
Good service but prices are too high. Not enough drilling going on. There were only 539 drilling rigs operating at the end of October. Down 39 rigs from a year ago (under Biden). There were 1Phone number removed rigs under Obama. What happened to "Drill, baby, Drill!" Bunch of sizzle and no steak! Saw the same result in 2Phone number removed. Promised coal revival and it dropped by 30%. Drilling also decreased. Need more supply to keep up with demand...

I never have to worry about running out of gas, which is my fear in the winter. I have been with Hopkins Propane for years and I trust them. So far Superior is the same. I don't understand why I have to pay more for my gas per gallon because I try to be conservative with my gas use.
