The services provided to me when I called in in desperation for emergency service was completed in a very professional and expedited manner. The person I talked to on the nightline early in the morning did just an excellent job with superior service. I was in such a hurry. I am sorry. I didn't catch her name, but if you know the company has a class in customer service, she could teach the class.
Responded within 24 hrs. When we ran out of propane. Technician was friendly and helpful and made sure the lines were clear of air and the pilot lights were re-lit.

I like the fact that Kamp's monitors the amount of propane we currently have. That way we dont get to low.
They also notify when coming and technician also calls prior to arrival for any additional updates.
The propane keeps my furnace and water heater running and your delivery man and truck get to my home before we run out of propane.

Prompt service
We received our propane delivery on Saturday 1/17 opening and closing our gate without any issues. The driver was struggling with our narrow driveway, there was a note on our account to back in only! There had been issues in the past, driving over things. No problems with this delivery, thank you. It would be nice to have grill tank filling at your Pioneer site again!
They always notify me before delivery propane. Driver quickly does his job and leaves quietly. I get a text saying that propane has been delivered.
