I like the automated system that monitors fuel level. My gauge was reading down below 20%, which concerned us as it has never been that low before. When I called the service center for an update, I was told the following day would be the day of service.

Each time I call with a question the staff and knowledgeable and kind. They have resolved all my concerns instantly. They even reached out once to inform me of an issue before I even knew it existed, and they had a resolution in place. My tank is filled properly, with care of my property, each time by another kind and helpful employee.

Our usual driver always fills our temporary tanks every week he is here. We appreciate his attention to make sure we do not run out while we wait for the original tank to be moved back after construction.

I've been a customer for years and they've always been very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. That includes the office people and the drivers. They offer several ways to pay and set up for delivery.
They are prompt on their deliveries,so we don't run out.very courteous whenever I call. Takes their job seriously and are very professional.Great company!
Everyone from intake calls to tank delivery and fill, were very helpful and professional.
Prompt efficient. Driver had a problem lighting my water heater, but kept trying until it lit. I was concerned because I had no delivery of propane until my tank went dry. I called and propane truck came within two hours. Chilly until he arrived; warm after he left. No complaints from me.
You bring me propane
We appreciate not having to check our propane level at the tank in bad weather. With Earhart having the ability to track it and fill automatically, when needed, is one less thing to worry about. Also, being able to set up automatic payment options takes another item off our "don't forget to-do" list.
I like the way they let you know when when they will be there and if they are going to be late.

You monitor the level of gas and come to refill before we have to call you. No worries on our part. Also the auto payment is convenient.
YOUR STATEMENTS DO NOT CLEARLY REFLECT HOW OWES WHO. I PAY $200 PER MONTH AND I AM CONTINUOUS LY CONFUSED AS TO WHETHER I AM A HEAD OR BEHIND AND BY HOW MUCH. YOU COULD SHOW AN ESTIMATED BREAK EVEN AND WHEN.

We have always received exceptional service with Kamps.
I find it a bit odd that they are just now, after 20+ years, and having sold out to Superior, asking how I would rate them.
Kamps has been stellar.
I'm hearing rumblings about Superior, but so far the takeover has not been negative for us.
Personally, I like a small town company, their employees that we know and the home town folks and service.
Not a fan of call centers in the valley, if not out of state.
It's the way of the world now, 4 companies owing the whole of everything, food, media, agriculture, and I for one, resent it.
We're losing the heart of small business, competition and community.
I am not a fan of the way things are headed, but Superior has been good to us since the switch, so I don't want to give them a negative review because of my view of the current culture in the world.
