Ordering on the website is easy. I like the email billing. Instant text notification of the gallons delivered is a great feature. I was actually surprised by the next day delivery.
Notifying the customer of when the delivery is coming is a good way to improve the service. I get a text for each UPS and Fed Ex delivery dates and a window of hours when the driver should drop off the package. That way I am available for deliveries that require a signature.
Add a text notification of when to expect delivery would be an excellent feature to add to the service. My tanks are in a locked area so unless I leave them open the driver cannot complete the delivery.
