I recently had my propane tank replaced. The technician Craig arrived on time as scheduled.
He was very professional and answered all my questions. He went about his duties and was not finished until he was sure everything was to my satisfaction. He made me feel like I was the most important customer and was happy to help me.
I'd like to give a big thank you to the office staff who are always a pleasure to deal with every time I have had to call whether it be for a billing issue, service call, or initially setting up my account.
