I had a special request to schedule a gas delivery at a specific time so that I would be at my cabin. Dispatcher Tim called me to explain when to order so that he could fit the delivery into the time slot I needed. He even offered his phone # in the event the delivery date didn't meet my needs for any reason. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
