Well, I had been very upset with the cost I was hit with going into this winter season, I have always liked this company and especially like dealing with the ladies in the Franklinville, NY office plus the deliver people have always been very respectful and kind, so I was not wanting to change companies but I felt I had no choice but I called today and talked with a Michelle who took my concerns down and said someone would be reaching out to me, another lady did and she was so kind and understood my concerns and worked with me so I did not have to change companies! It was such a relief and she calmed my fears and my anxiety, which had been flaring all afternoon! What I love about this company is you haven't forgotten the consumer and willing to work with us and help us when things become rough for us, the consumer and in today's world where we are forgotten for the all mighty dollar, it is huge! Thank you!!

The service has always been top notch. From the office staff to the drivers who deliver the product, they are friendly and concerned about servicing you. I am on their auto fill auto pay system and it has worked out quite well. There have been times where I had to call for a delivery because of a change in my personal usage.
Service and price. The folks that deliver propane are very courteous. Price is very reasonable.

I would suggest a useful improvement would be to add a 'contact us' option on the website (perhaps in the order routine) to add customer comments/instructions. When ordering my last delivery (9/15) - I wasn't sure that the driver had a key to my driveway gate (a hunting camp off Wagner Hill Rd) so I left the gate unlocked and asked that the driver lock the gate when leaving and confirm that the key (if he had one) fit the lock - and if he didn't have a key - let me know that a replacement key was needed.

I received the delivery & Tina just confirmed that the delivery record staters that the driver has a key to the lock - but I would like to hear from the driver that he has the right key so I need not leave the gate unlocked for future deliveries.
