I have never had an issue with Superior Plus in my 15 plus years working with them. They are EXTREMELY responsive when I have an issue and their employees go above and beyond to identify and fix any problems, many times with my own equipment. Given the fact that I can go anywhere to buy my propane, this means a lot to me and I have no plans to switch to another company to try to save a few bucks on propane.

Almost everything is great. The only thing i found a bit annoying was that the installation costs of a tank did not get talked about at all until after i had ordered, all that was said that if you use enough the tank rental is free, no mention that i had to pay for the copper pipe and rental cost per hour of a trench machine - i was able to skip the trencher cost by digging myself.
Everything else was good and nice, the installer was great.
