From the front desk staff who checked me in, to the team who prepped me, the anesthesiologist, and the doctor—everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in my care. The hospital itself was stunning—I honestly felt like I was in a luxury hotel!
Time to get in and out was quick.

I was confused. I came in sick of course. I saw 2 girls first and they ask if I wanted a covid test to which I replied yes. They another girl came in and looked at my throat and said I had strep and gave me an RX and I was out of there.
I am not sure if I saw a doctor. No one identified themselves. I have never had strep even tho my 3 children had it a few times. I wasn't given a strep test or covid test.
I am talking my RX and seem to be getting better.
Just confused by the whole process.
I had surgery in 2024 here and had to visit the ER once in 2024 as well and 2025.
I always get the best care, friendly nurses and quick service for a hospital or ER and that says alot

I’ve had to come in several times for complications with Crohn’s and they are always wonderful.
The whole staff was incredible, I just had a little bit of an issue a few days prior to my procedure with the front desk representative, I guess they are under so much pressure, and it might be easy to lose empathy with the patients.

From the time I arrive at the Main Entrance/Front Desk.. Mr. Cody/Tody? Plus Ms. Chassy (was there to escort us back), Mr. Tanner (put in my IV), Ms. Danielle (assisted), Mr. Bunker (Anesthesiologist), & last but not least Ms. Jillian was all true Professionals. They moved things right along and we appreciated it.
Dr. Mootha, as normal was great in explaining what was goint to happen.
I would like to HIGHLIGHT Ms. Jillian.. what a WONDERFUL young lady and Great Personality! It was my pleasure to meet her, talk to her and she rolled me out in the wheelchair to our car. Ms. Jillian is an amazing Medical Professional and you're very lucky to have people in your organization like her !!!

The physician did not even perform a complete physical on me. He listened to my breathing. I was diagnosed with COVID while in the ER. I have Fibromyalgia and the COVID had triggered a huge flare up of those symptoms. I was in so much pain I was in tears. The physician had no empathy for me at all. He told me I could take Tylenol. I asked him if he would be willing to contact my pain management doctor to get guidance on how to address my pain and he said no. I was very disappointed that the physician did not have compassion or understanding of chronic illness.
