I do only water aerobics twice a week. I like the variety of experiences at both classes. Each class is a different assortment of exercises. I also enjoy meeting new people and seeing old friends. Thanks for the opportunity.
Very convenient and quaint location. They have all the amenities of the bigger YMCA locations without The feel of being cramped. And the staff is almost always polite, pleasant, and enjoyable to interact with. Especially Mary Catherine who has helped me on a few occasions with membership issues.
The coliseum drive location in the shared parking lot sometimes makes it difficult to find a space that's in proximity to the door if the doctor's offices are crowded that day because people will park in the designated YMCA spots. It's not that common that it happens.

It's usually not crowded plenty of machines and weights. Nice atmosphere.
There is a large variety of activities and plenty of equipment.

The Y is a friendly, family environment that fosters health and well-being for all members. There are numerous programs and activities available for all age groups that are available at convenient times. The staff is very helpful and engaged with members during each visit, it is a wonderful place to stay healthy and meet new friends!
