The people at the front desk are wonderful! The aqua instructors are great! Allie, Arlyne, Judy, Maria, Mindy and Monique are awesome! The showers have gotten way better ( hot water)! Everyone is nice and cordial and helpful.

Calm and caring.
Staff was outstanding. Clean areas. Exciting experience
The staff was very nice and very patient and very considerate
Helpful people
Friendly staff. Clean site. Good machines and classes
I love the staff members and teachers. I love the exercise equipment and classes you have available for us. I appreciate being able to bring my granddaughter to the pool for swim team practice and watch her swim. The front desk always has warm greetings to extend to all who enter. Bravo my Y, I am so thankful to have you to come to each week
Before my injury, I was enjoying the classes--Yoga and Yes. For about two months following my injury, I couldn't do anything because of the healing process. Now I want to get back into my physical activity. I was unable to do this for about 4 and 1/2 months.
I like that you open at 5:00!
Desk staff VERY helpful. Locker rooms well-designed and managed. Heated pool was critical to my choice to do rehab here and then join the Y, as TBI injury made my legs cold sensitive.
I am, however, surprised no wheelchair access to pool by ramp or lift. That's my only concern.
Pool availability. Really like Jeff’s 7am and 8 am water classes. His exercises work ALL major muscle groups and has helped tremendously with my land balance, joint and muscle flexibility. My orthopedic surgeons are surprised at how much strength I have after two knee replacements and a shoulder replacement in the last 4 years. My shoulder replacement was in March of 2024 and at my 1 year check the surgeon after testing my strength in my left arm said..”wow, that’s really strong”. So… kudos to Jeff for providing the variety of exercises necessary for me to rehab my joints back. You should advertise how water therapy benefits a person after joint replacement surgery
Coach Hope is great. The team parents and swimmers are positive. My child enjoys swimming with this team.
people are friendly, affordable camp and nice people
The attentiveness and superb training provided to my grandson.
Good staff. Very clean. Lots of options.
The summer specialty camps provide a good experience for our youngster. I will say, however, that there wasn't much choice this summer, and our girl was a bit disappointed with the fact that she didn't get to bring any of the experiments home.
The personnel are extremely professional, curious, knowledgeable and fun.
The PiYo class was great! The instructor took time both before and after the class to check in with another new student and me. She also provided instructions during the class to help newcomers acclimate. I'll definitely be back!
Instructor was great and nice!
Kids were engaged and had fun
The instructors were great with the kids. They worked with them and encouraged them to learn and try new things. I feel as though my child has benefited from this experience.
Great one-on-one. Good idea to note on certificate whether child should be moved up or retake class. Love the warm water temp!
Friendly and courteous staff.
What I don't like: Men's locker room carpets and tile floors need to ne thoroughly cleaned
on a daily basis. Presently, I feel that a far better job daily cleaning is necessary to maintain sanitary conditions in the locker room.
I was really hesitant to send my child to the Y for the summer. I heard a lot of ups and downs but took a chance and I am sure glad I did. My child has been having a blast this summer thanks to the Y. They did swim lesson for her, took her on field trips and she has non-stopped talked about how everyone is so kind to her. We will defiantly be putting her back in next summer.
My child loves the opportunity to swim so much and loves the field trips.
No devices. Lots of outside water time. Can bunk with friends. Teaches you skills.
My son attends the Hampton YMCA for camp and has not had any issues! The director and staff has been extremely nice and helpful!
This was my daughter’s second year at Camp Kekoka, and she already can’t wait to go back next summer! She always has so much fun with the wide variety of activities offered, makes friends she keeps in touch with throughout the year, and feels a real sense of community with her fellow campers. I love that the camp provides a safe, active, enjoyable experience at a price that doesn’t break the bank!

Staff are always smiling and greeting me.
Aquatic instructor, Lauren, is the best.
