The staff treats me as family, and very professional. It is the only Y that has the Sliver Silver Sneakers program that is close to me. However, I wish they had a boxing class.

I’m a newcomer to this area from GA who is so excited to use the variety exercise equipments. Seeing personal trainers in the area for questions about the equipment I don’t understand how to use. I truly love the aerobics swim class in warm water, the swim suit wringer, and the fact that there are clean locker rooms and bathroom facilities. I have shared my recent excitement as well as pictures from me attending the SENIOR PROM for the 1st time, which I am so looking forward to hopefully seeing happen again next year. All around so far I have enjoyed seeing all the amazing group classes you offer and look forward to participating in soon. Thank You for all you offer with my membership.
The Ft Monroe Y is near my home, and I like the availability of the studio floor for mat exercise as well as the overall stock of equipment.
Clean and friendly, but could use more variety of equipment.
