I just got started . I’m actually looking forward to renewing my mind through exercise that would also repair the body.
I came in to check on the rates for joining. I ran into a nice young lady--Eriana--who explained the various options. I asked about the weight room and pool, and she said, "Come on, I'll take you on a quick tour." To me, that was above expectations. When she told me the pool had a retractable roof, I said, "No way, I've got to see that!" It was as she said, and I was sold.
I said I'd like to join, and in just a few minutes she had my and my wife's information loaded, and two "keys" assigned to us. She had me swipe both to make sure they worked properly, and I was done.
It's very nice to run into people who know what they are doing, and I told her so when I left. An excellent first experience. BTW, I lifted weights the next day at the Kilmarnock location because I wanted to check that out too. It's great the pass is good at more than one location. Anyway, Eriana did a great job.

R F Wilkinson Family Y M C A is awesome! They have awesome staff and the facilities are great and well maintained! Nothing is lacking for your workout, swimming, hot tub & sauna! This is the place to go in Williamsburg for all your workout and recreation needs!

Clean workout area and locker rooms. Friendly staff. Good choice of classes. Comfortable for aerobic activity, as well I.e. air temps, no matter what the season.

Front desk very helpful and friendly and welcoming. She is a good juggler when busy. Also very patient. I spoke to numerous staff first visit to equipment room and pool. Staff was very kind abd helpful!

My visit on the 16th of Sept was the first in about a year. My key stilled worked, the young lady at the desk referred to me by my name and answered all.of my questions professionally and quickly. I could not ask for more!
Its convenient, walking distance. The y has more than enough machines and spacious area's for you to work out. Nice and clean environment
