The chairlift is a life saver and works well. Response for service is quick and technicians are both competent and friendly once you get to the right place. What do I not like? Automated answering services/trees that are not designed for ease of use. Your phone service makes it far from easy to get to the right party for making a service appointment. Once you get there, all is well, but getting there is less than "half the fun." (Otherwise your score would have been a perfect 10.)
